Called and asked if they could take me in 5 minutes for a while you wait oil change, they said yes and I proceeded to arrive, choose my oil I wanted and sat down to wait. The manager says '60 to 90 minutes '. I will see how it goes, but that is less than stellar for a while I wait appointment. Maybe if they can get my brakes done too >t will be worth the extra time. Otherwise good service from past experience at a decent price.

Precision Tune Auto Care is the only place I bring my vehicle to when I get the dreaded DMV smog test/certification letter. The cost is reasonable and the customer service is friendly. You can call ahead and get a rough estimate of costs/turnaround. I've been coming here for years and have never had a bad experience with ANY of the employees here. When I do get my vehicle smogged, I can drop it off and walk to the many stores that are walking distance from this shop. But honestly by the time you get to Target or Chick-fil-A, you can expect a phone call telling you that your vehicle is ready to be picked up! The shop doesn't look like much but it's definitely a diamond in the rough waiting to be discovered.

Been going here for 15+ years and no complaints. Oil change is quick and pricing is fair.

First I would like to say thank you for your service. I love to service my truck on this spot. Because they are very friendly. And they know about work quality. This past week we brought my truck and my son sport car. And we were very impressed. On how serious they take the work they both of those two guys working there.they both make a perfect team work. The guy working on the desk. It’s always on and out. Helping. All Santa Clara neighbors should try that at least once.
