I am compelled to express my profound dissatisfaction with the service provided at your facility. This location’s operations are utterly deplorable and reflect poorly on the brand.My aunt’s vehicle, covered under a CarMax warranty, was serviced at this location. Initially, the staff assured us they were equipped to handle the warranty process. However, after diagnosing the issue, it took three weeks of persistent follow-ups to submit the warranty claim, as the manager—reportedly the only one authorized—was repeatedly unavailable due to court appearances and vacation. It then took nearly a month for repairs to commence. The transmission replacement, which should have been straightforward, spanned almost another two weeks, with the mechanic frequently reassigned to minor tasks like oil chang

I have been using Precision Tune for quite a while for my service needs, so when I went into the business I was a little reluctant when I noticed it was Under New Management. My uneasiness was immediately eased by the Professional pleasantries offered by the front desk people, Jay and Nicole. The shop is efficiently and effectively operated by new owner, Charles. I am completely satisfied with my AC working perfectly now.

Not happy with service been coming here for sometime . I came in for an inspection to see the issue and was charged and told part was on the way. Told them I wasn’t expecting this pricing just there for the estimate . Told the part already had been ordered and on the way. Went Next door to Walgreens came back it was on and had to pay only to find out it still don’t work. It all boils down to I will need additional work to get it working properly. Which means it could’ve been handled the same day and not multiple days smh. I came Back Monday and Tuesday after services were performed Saturday and told nothing they could do about it.

took my car to be maintenances and was told if anything was wrong with it i would be told once a full inspection was conducted. i got to my appt that was at 4 15 mins early didn’t leave until a quarter to 6 once it was done i was told the cost and given a receipt like everything was okay as im heading home i look at the receipt and in tiny letters was the technician comments it said my battery was leaking acid..why wasn’t i told that before i left even if it wasn’t detrimental it should have been pointed out before i left.. but the oil change was affordable so thats the only good thing

I am writing to formally file a complaint against Precision Tool Auto Repair regarding negligent and faulty repair work performed on my vehicle, a 2015 Infiniti QX80, beginning in June 2025. Initially, I brought my vehicle in for diagnostic services and was informed that the transfer case required replacement. After replacement, the vehicle continued to malfunction, and it was later discovered that a faulty transfer case had been installed. The shop retained my vehicle for an additional month to month and a half to replace it again. Following the second transfer case replacement, my vehicle began leaking oil—an issue that did not exist prior to service.
