Awesome place to get your vehicle's oil changed!! They're friendly, customer service is a priority to them, service is always accomplished in a short time frame(in and out), great pricing too!! What more could you ask for! Are you tired of waiting an hour or longer just for a synthetic oil change and then paying around $100.00 when checking out?? Then you need to go today and check the guys out at Precision Tune Up on Ashley Street, down from the Burger King. You'll be glad you did and so will your wallet!! My husband called precision Tune Auto Care because the vehicle we bought unknowingly had mechanical issue. They told us yes there able to work on timing belt. We brought our vehicle in they took a look at it told us what was all wrong they also told us the previous place we had the vehicle looked at were charging us double for what Precision Auto would even charge if that was an issue. They got the vehicle done in very fast timely manner and didn't mark up charge us either turn out our vehicle didnt even need what the other place was saying was wrong. It was all from the timing belt they saved us a lot of money will be our mechanic shop for as long as we are here. I definitely highly recommend they were very professional and upfront answered any questions took the time to explain!!!

Dalton is truly super sweet! He really takes the time to make sure you are safe on the road and truly cares. I took my car in as my heat had gone out. They were able to diagnose and fix it! I was thrilled and super happy. They did an oil change that same day. The reason why I am putting 4 stars instead of 5 (Dalton gets 5 stars), is because my oil warning light started coming on a couple weeks after. I thought it was a bit weird (and I am not blaming the shop at all, but who knows) However, I took it back in and I was taken care of. I am very happy how they handled my situation and again, they really seem to care. I recommend this place! Oh also, good pricing, which is always a plus!!

Today is 10/10/25 8:00 a.m. I don’t know who this new guy is y’all got up here he may not be new but I’ve never encountered him. He’s short and of mixed race he’s very nasty he didn’t speak caught an attitude with me more than once briskly saying he told me to go around for an oil change but I had my windows up how was I supposed to hear him. Saw him huffing and puffing whenever the phone rang didn’t verify which oil change I wanted mind you this is within 10 minutes of the place opening. He started working so slow and on both cars at once instead of taking his time so he doesn’t miss a step. Said he changed my filter I DID NOT SEE HIM!!! I was standing outside of my car. He asked if I wanted to see and goes around the back to grab some random one! He’s not the type of man you would want

Very nice staff, I have never doubted their ability to fix my car in a timely manner and have me back on the road within the same day. I’ve brought my car here three times since moving to Valdosta in 2024 and each time they’ve walked me through what caused my car to be troubled and how to get it up and running again. I recommend this place to everyone who needs anything from an oil change to a new radiator!
