Keith always makes recommendations based on what’s needed and then tries to find economical options. He saved me a ton of money and although not 100% , it’s working fine for something that I will only need for a short term. ( heater).. Anyway, he recently had my 93 yr old Aunt’s car and fixed her vehicle when others said itt would be thousands! Thank you for your honesty and compassion Keith and staff! Jim Simpson

I have used Precision Tune Auto for years and consider Keith and his family the best to care for my vehicles. 12/22/25 I took another vehicle in for an oil change and to discover why it was running poorly. It was taken care of in a couple hours (even though I didn't have an appointment). It runs great now and as always I'm happy with the service.

Keith and his team got my vehicle in and out in two days. He knew exactly what was wrong once he drove my car. Fantastic service and final price ended up being $100 lower than quoted! Will use again.

I was happy with their service, however, the last experience I've had with them left me questioning if I would ever return here again. I called to ask for a job on my vehicle, and was quoted $70 on the phone. Came in, and due to a miscommunication on the phone it turns out the actual cost was double what I'd been told on the phone. (They thought I had the part needed for the job, but I was never asked if I had said part.) I agreed to this new price, and even paid half of the deposit up front as requested. Then the next week when the part needed came in, come check out time I'm charged a whole $90 dollars more at $230 in total. I made it known that I wasn't told this price when I accepted the job and paid my half of the deposit, and was offered an apology and explanation that when I'd been

Having to have expensive repairs to your vehicle is never fun. However, Cindy and Keith make it a very pleasant experience. They are very nice and patient with all my “girl” questions. Pricing is fair. And they never try to push additional services/repairs on me. As a single woman, I feel confident I can trust them with my 2013 SUV. Additionally, Keith has always helped as much as possible with all those infamous “every now and then my car does _____” issues that our vehicles never fail to do…and then never repeat when a mechanic touches it. Several times he’s driven my vehicle and ridden around with me to see if we can get my vehicle to act up in his presents. With no appointment and no charge. And never making me feel silly or like a pain in the a**. He’s always happy to help. I highly
