I had an excellent experience at this oil change shop! From the moment I pulled in, the service was fast, professional, and efficient. The pricing was very fair and transparent — no surprise charges, and they clearly explained everything before getting started. The customer service really stood out. Everyone was friendly and respectful, but Juan Martinez especially went above and beyond. He took the time to answer my questions, made sure everything was done right, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s hard to find a place that combines great prices with genuinely great service, but they nailed it. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to friends and family!

I always had great experiences when I take my car to get service at this location. But when I went the other day I came in with a coupon Precision sent me in the mail stating $159.99 for a Fall Package that included the oil change, tire rotation and a tune up. When I got there I handed the coupon to the receptionist and was automatically refused the price that’s was stated on the coupon and was told this is NOT what I will be paying for on this service. Then she prints out all the stuff that is stated in the package deal a total of $512.49 not $159.99! She said it’s certain cars that qualify. If that’s the case why send me the coupon in the mail stating to use the offers they send out when they will not honor them.

It was very easy to just walk in and request an oil change. They didn’t try adding on fees or extras without letting me know. The price was good too. I was in and out within 25-30 minutes.

Fast service and fair pricing, didn't try to upsell me a bunch of stuff. The young African American guy was particularly helpful I think his name was Leroy. Very nice gentleman explained my service shook my hand and got it done

Always friendly and they are always let me know if anything additional needs to be done and what the cost is BEFORE they do it. Great customer service.
