Took extremely long and was very expensive. I paid thousands... I thought that if I gave them a bunch of time, they would really do a good job but the final finish was terrible. I bought the best bumper i could buy and they didn't even fit it. They started and finished the car in a weeks time. The car was there for months! They told me that because it was fiberglass they wouldn't be able to do much and if I brought it back they would just touch it up. The lines are way off and there are a tons of blemishes. This is ridiculous for what i paid... i wanted to pay for nice work because this is a classic car but it seemed to be just a normal job for them. Nice guys but terrible work. I brought my recently acquired 1985 Porsche 911 to Preferred Auto Body and Custom for a complete restoration. Dennis and his team are meticulous and go above and beyond, attending to every detail including replacing worn parts as needed, and arranging for upholstery repairs. They maintain excellent communication throughout the process and deliver a masterpiece, better than the original! I would trust Preferred Auto Body and Custom with any project whether routine or exceptional.
Needed a trunk lid painted. Associates at preferred auto body were extremely nice and very helpful. Gave me a fair price. They also noticed some damage on the new part that I didn't notice. They fixed it and made it look brand new. Lifetime warranty on new unpainted parts. Paint matched flawlessly. They even buffed out some scratches for me for free. Will definitely be back in the future if needed.
Owners are wonderful people! I have been bringing my veheciles to them for 15 years. Have worked with my insurance well and with personal work needed. They have always provided quotes and have worked with me with finances. Fair pricing.
If you need ANYTHING custom done, THIS is your shop. Amazing and TRANSPARENT customer service. No Bs no runaround.
