Wonderful Customer service from Preferred Auto Transport & Recovery today. I was able to coordinate a pick up for my parents without being there. Dispatch and driver both kept in excellent communication, they were also professional and kind. 10/10
Preferred Auto made my experience extremely easy. Price was better than the other vendor Tesla offered me. They were quicker to help me. They were extremely professional and had wonderful demeanor from communication to execution. They even sent me a photo to let me know where the vehicle was dropped off when I couldn’t be there in person. Everything was a very smooth process and the payment was easy to take care of as well. Thank you!
Googled towing near me and this is the first company that appeared in the list. The person on the phone was very polite, the driver of the tow truck was helpful. Definitely using their services next time I need assistance with my vehicle.
