Been here twice, needed an exhaust, the price quoted was the same as my mechanic friend said the repair would cost. Recently brought my car in. Was not overcharged when I thought I needed more repairs than I did. 100% honest and friendly.

Rick and the crew are top notch when you see the cars in the lot you will see why they are busy. I have an 07 explorer sport trac and I needed a timing chain the one that needed to be replaced required the engine to come out I thought this was going to be big bucks to my surprise it turned out very reasonable and they did a great job fixing it then about 10 days later had to have the front exhaust pipe and muffler fixed went back to Preferred and again the cost was very reasonable now my truck runs like new very happy about the work that was done and I'm sure you will be too. Excellent repair shop for all your needs. Thank you job well done
