Preferred Chip Repair & Replacement

We had a rock hit our windshield on the freeway Thursday when all the rain was happening. I looked for a local options for repair and came across Preferred Auto Glass. Ended up calling Brock who missed my call but quick to return it! I was able to send him a picture of the damage to see if it was repairable, which he confirmed was. Due to the rain and the weather he instructed to keep the car in direct sunlight for at least 4 hours to ensure it would dry out. After doing as instructed, I was able to text him to set up an appointment for the next day since it was late afternoon on Sunday. Brock was punctual, professional, friendly, educational, and efficient. My car windshield has a life time warranty of the damage spreading, I learned a thing or two, and was done in the comfort of my home.

I was leaving out of town and needed my windshield replaced after it being vandalized. They were fast and went above and beyond to make sure I was able to leave on time for my trip. Brock went out of his way to meet me at the dealer to finish the remaking test on the vehicle. I recommend them 100/10 !

A rock hit my windshield. I made an appointment with the big name company on TV and drove it in to get the repair done, and of course they told me they couldn’t fix it and I needed a new windshield. Went back on Google and found Brock. One call and he immediately answered his phone. I sent him a picture. He gave me a quote directly over the phone, then we found a convenient parking lot to meet. He showed up on time and he had it fixed in the parking lot in about 20 minutes.
