Took my vehicle here for a repair to the front bumper. The work preformed on my vehicle was absolutely outstanding. You can’t even tell that there was ever anything wrong with it. Also, the customer service at this establishment was phenomenal! I spoke briefly with Mr. Bloodworth(the owner) and he assured me that the work would be done fast and correctly, which he definitely delivered on that promise. He also emphasized that he stands behind every repair done at his shop. Chad(shop manager) also went above and beyond during my visit at this shop. He kept me informed and made sure that I was happy with the repairs when I came to pick up my vehicle. This will be my preferred(pun intended) body shop from here on out!

I give them five stars because I recently got in a accident in Dec.2024 They went above and beyond working long hours to make sure my 2024 Jeep look like it brand new again with the color, 2024 parts, doesn't see any marks also did a great with cleaning inside and out....bonus they are flexible and they will work with you on your schedule all it's take respect and communication. Keep up the amazing work team... Thanks

Repairs were finished quickly and were done well. No complaints at all. Will definitely be back for any repairs as well as maintenance work.... I was rear-ended at a stop sign. Preferred Collision got the repairs done in short time....a couple of days....other places were giving me month long plus wait times and didn't seem to care if the got my business or not. This place was recommended and I'm very glad I called.....great work, kind , polite and knowledgeable staff

I am very happy with the repairs on my vehicle. You cannot tell it was wrecked. They went above and beyond to meet my expectations. They worked with my insurance to make sure my rental coverage was extended as needed without me asking. When I picked it up, the owner came out and thanked me for my business. They made sure I knew that the car seat in my car needed to be replaced. My car was spotless when I picked it up. I would highly recommend.
