Best car repair/service shop I have been to. Incredibly efficient communication and extremely friendly people working here. Marsha is the absolute sweetest. They are kind and will ensure you are taken care of. I could not be happier to have chosen Preferred Paint and Body.

The dog was awesome, people were very friendly paint scratch touch up was terrible. This was a repair caused by Safelite windshield install. So, I didn't pay for it.

Where do I begin? Well, after being struck by a reckless driver after work on a Monday in my 4 DAY OLD CAR ('19 Honda Civic Sport) ,I was super torn up! My car suffered extensive damage and the driver airbag deployed, so I figured it would be totaled. After having a previous Honda repaired by Preferred, there was no doubt about bringing my car to Preferred. Carl (owner) took one look at the accident photos and he stated "we can repair that." I didn't believe it at first, but they're the experts so why not? My car was towed to Preferred and it was a BIG job for them all! Preferred began working on my car quickly. My daughter that goes to FSU scratched her car getting out of a parking spot and being out of town I had to make a decision on finding a shop that would do a decent job on her car. Since the moment I called them and spoke to Marsha (who is the sweetest and kindest lady) I had a feeling to just pick this body shop and I am so glad that I did. She got an estimate of the damage quickly and the job was scheduled and finished in two days. Extremely happy with the results and the customer service. I would definitely use them again.
