Prell Auto Air

I had my daughter’s AC fixed and it was a large repair. I had to rearrange some financing for this. Prell went UP AND BEYOND to assist with me this. It was a lot of extra admin work and time on their behalf to make it work. They never made me feel bad for this and always had such a caring and empathetic attitude, which is so missing in companies these days. It is hard to find caring, trustworthy people and it’s a blessing that we have this company in our community. Thank you guys so very much and happy holidays!

2005 Toyota Corolla air not blowing cold enough. Prell checked it out evacuated and recharged the system for $296. Update two months later, after Prell did their service I didn't mention that they put dye in the system and checked for leaks. Prell didn't find any and they sent me on my way as a happy customer. Today, two months later, the system wasn't blowing cool again so I went to a different auto air in Milton. They had to replace a control cable for the vent selector (that Prell didn't find )then My new AC shop also noticed that AC oil was bubbling up through the Schrader valve so I guess Perl auto air Didn't check those two things(Waste of $296). I checked the Website to make sure I didn't need an appointment to get my SUV looked at.(I didn't) But it does say 1st come,1st Serv. So I parked in front of Prell Auto Air this Morning at 7:35 Am. And at 8am promptly Jamie and his Crew started the Diagnostic tests. My AC discharge hose is behind my bumper. they're Extremely Knowledgeable in their Craft and have worked on Automotive A/C's for 50years.

I had an outstanding experience with Prell. I initially went to another AC and auto repair shop and was quoted for $1200 and was told the issue required 5 hours of labor. I called Prell for a second opinion and they were able to fix the issue for $260 and did it in less than an hour. This place is honest and and won't try to rip you off. Highly recommend!
