Premier Auto and tire

Before i start this i just want to mention that I've f ggʻbeen involved in the automotive and towing industry for over 18 years and for me to leave a positive review about an automotive business it has to be well earned, at any rate here it goes.....I was on the road trip from hell on my way back to Massachusetts from Florida with food poisoning as well as my passenger when I blew a tire so I put the spare on and went on my way then disaster struck, and a 2nd tire blew due to an object in the roadway. So there i was on the side of 95N over 400 miles from home with 2 flat tires food poisoning and a passenger with the same and my 14yr old nephew feeling like I'd never get home. So after being towed off 95N to Premier Tire and auto the guys worked as fast as they could to get me back on the

Had my used BMW inspected at the Elkton Main Street Location. Didn’t have a ride home and the nicest young man took me home and came and picked me up when the car was done. Friendly staff, great price and even added a quart of oil at no extra charge. Will be taking my car back for repair and oil changes. Thank you Premier Auto.

I am giving premier automotive 1 star because I can’t give them a 0. They overcharge to the extreme and they lie about what repairs are needed. They seem to be trying to take advantage of people who don’t know what repairs cost. It does not cost $1,200 for a battery and alternator. I do not own a sports car. It should cost about half that. They also tried to charge me $180 for a full inspection before the work even though I knew what was wrong. I took my car to an honest mechanic and was told that I only needed a battery NOT AN ALTERNATOR!!! He replaced my battery for under $100 and now my car is running great. I honestly feel bad for all those who left good reviews for this place, they don’t even know that they have been ripped off. Please do not waste your money or time going here!!!

Went to premiere auto today for the first time and will most definitely be going back in the future,very trust worthy and took the time to diagnose my vehicle,they're very thorough and only do what's needed with no trying to find other things to upcharge you for!Very satisfied with the whole experience!

I have used Premier a few times and would highly recommend this place. The service was excellent and the staff was very polite and knowledgeable.
