We have dealt with Premier for years and always had great service and very easy to deal with. Highly recommended.
After a poor experience with another shop, I tried Premier. The other shop didn't want to be bothered with repairing my AC. They blew me off, saying it was an electrical problem and they didn't do electrical. They also wouldn't let me wait, which cost me two Uber rides. PREMIER, otoh, told me it would take a couple days if they needed parts. So I left my car. It actually only took them 24 hours to diagnose and correct the issue. The Staff were polite and friendly, and apologized for taking so long. Not nearly as annoying as the first place... and the AC is working fine over a year later. Will definitely go back if there's another problem. Note that they prefer checks to credit cards.
Great service! My car was done in a reasonable time.The price was good. And their work was excellent.No worries he want get over on you & this is coming from a female.Good honest mechanic.
They always take great care of my sad car. They are good, honest people who never overcharge.
Was having issues with my truck and the repaired the issue and were very thorough and the price was excellent
