This shop has had my mom's vehicle for almost 2 weeks now for what they claim was a simple problem of a dead battery and an electric issue with the power steering. Now either I don't understand cars but if the issue is simply requesting a warranty coverage or not and your client just wants their vehicle fix, that you would fix the vehicle and let the warranty coverage reimburse the client instead of leaving their vehicle sitting in your lot for a week before even completing repairs. I see why it's named after ther same dealership. They specialize in leaving their clients in the dark and stranded. Then when they already have the insurance company information wanted her to do all the footwork to submit for a loaner and be at their shop first thing in the morning with no transportation. Sad t

All I can say... WOW! I've been nervous to take my car in because I knew there was a lot wrong and a lot to take advantage of. I can in here and let them know what was going on. They did a full inspection and got back to me that day about all my issues. I was able to authorize the work by a link, didn't even have to call! I got my car back and noticed a couple things I still wasn't satisfied with, and they fixed it all up and now I can confidently say the car is running better than when I got it used 2 years ago. All of the work was done super quickly, all of the staff was exceptionally friendly. I brought my 05 Toyota Sequoia in to get the timing belt assembly and water pump replaced. Todd the mechanic/service coordinator provided me a parts and cost breakdown, as well as a quick explanation of the task. Not only was the price of the Job very reasonable, they could also have the vehicle in and out in a day! Also The work done to the vehicle would be warrantied! I agreed to the price, and left my vehicle in their care. During the repair Todd called me up and explained that while in the vehicle it was discovered that the fan clurch baring was bad, as well as the thermostat. When you are not local to an area, it’s always a little nerve-inducing to try a new repair shop. I called yesterday due to excessive squeaking with my brakes (brake pads and rotors replaced a year ago at another NAPA- service center shop), and they were able to get me in first thing in the morning! Very fast and efficient service, explained everything very thoroughly. I was there for less than an hour and a half! The waiting area had snacks, water, soda and enough space to spread out while you wait! Great service, I would definitely go back.
