Very charming people. Terrible service. My 3 day $2,200 estimate turned into 11 biz days $2,800. Supposedly they had trouble getting the parts. But for the last 4 biz days everything was done (they claimed).except for my wheel hubs that they struggled to remove....for 4 biz days. (Which miraculously came off when I said I was coming to get my car.) I get my car back with work not done but charged for, with shoe prints inside the doors, non working hatchback, and a rear wiper that turns on when I turn on my headlights. (All part of the electrical harness they supposedly fixed.) I took it back and they've left my electrial harness exposed with the promise to repair it next time...since then I've been back 3x and been rescheduled 2x and my car wasn't touched. I have been bringing my vehicles to Premier for years now and never have I been disappointed in the service, friendliness, and all around welcoming environment. The service manager and owner, Barry, has always been more than helpful and accommodating to not just me but others as well. He treats each customer with dignity, respect, and fairness despite his workload. I have recommended this shop to many friends and family, who have also had positive experiences. The new location is better suited for more work, as the business continues to grow. I will always recommend Premier for any and all auto service needs.

I love this place the staff is so friendly and professional! The owner Barry is so transparent and helpful when it comes to understanding what needs to be done! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!!

I wish I could give 0 stars. This is a shady business that I would not recommend to my worst enemy. I went in for a simple oil change to which I was refused due to my car needing “work done”. I was unaware of any issues with my vehicle and consented to a diagnostic which ran me $150. Twice the price of any diagnostic I’ve received in Wilmington. The “work done” needed? A quoted $5,000 repair on engine and brakes or a $16,000 engine replacement. I was advised not to drive my vehicle and that I could leave it on the property under a camera for safety until I figured out a solution while leaving my keys in case it needed to be moved. I called last minute to get my car fixed and inspected and they saw me same day. I told them what another shop claimed my car needed, and the price they wanted to charge me, and premier auto took a look for me and informed me I did not actually need any of those things done. They saved me a lot of money. They also found a real issue with my brakes the other shop missed, fixed it the same day. Charged me extremely fairly. I was out and in, in less than 2 hours. The staff are very friendly and speak to you plainly and honestly.
