Premier Car Wash

I recently visited Premier Car Wash in Sacramento and was very impressed with the car wash itself. My car came out spotless, and the team working on the wash was friendly and efficient. They did a fantastic job with both the exterior and interior cleaning. Unfortunately, my experience at the cashier's station was far from pleasant. The female cashier was incredibly rude and displayed a complete lack of customer service, not even a "hi" or "bye" to begin with.. This interaction significantly detracted from an otherwise great experience. Despite the unwelcoming encounter with the cashier, everything else about Premier Car Wash was excellent. I sincerely hope management addresses this issue, as it's a shame for such a good service to be marred by poor customer interaction at the front end.

They always take really good care of me here. I take all of my cars to this car wash. My family and I have been going here for years since it has opened. If there is ever any issue, they are more than happy to fix it. I love this car wash!

Thank goodness we had a free coupon because if we didn’t, coming all the way down here would’ve been a total loss. Seems to more concerned with getting customers in and out than actual quality of service. Recently came back from a trip to the beach expecting a full interior detail from all the accumulated sand, and after the time was up we received our car with sand still caked up along the seat tracks and trunk area. Ended up having to go back home and do it myself. We have a moonroof as well and that was untouched as well, but luckily the rest of the exterior was nice in comparison. Very poor attention to detail throughout the interior. We have a lot of glossy black plastic in our car, and it ended being scratched to oblivion with careless wiping. That kind of stuff doesn’t buff out. On

I just warn everyone who use Premier Car Wash. This is just happened this morning, the streaks mark were all over my car and the owner said you don’t know the science of car washing and I said what are you talking about “science of car wash”. He said your paint is already old, I can’t even clean myself everyone is like spray chemicals not suppose to spray it on the car. Right now I have to take it to another place to take it off. The manager/owner help me to clean it off but he won’t clean it the one on the roof. He said this time I help you clean it but you’re not welcome in this car wash anymore. I paid $26 and $5 tips and this is what I get. I have the feeling that I’m not the only customer complaint about this.

Horrible customer service! Scratched my truck and said “there was a chip and the high power wash caused that” no, not buying it. They hit something (check the photos-took it for a good wash to trade it in, there goes that) Then proceeded to tell me “it’s a work truck” 1- you don’t know what I do with my truck and 2- work truck or not; own up to what you did. Then wanted to give me a free wash- for what I’ll never be back and I’ll never recommend them to anyone. Will be contacting the owner for insurance purposes….to be continued.
