Premier Car Wash

We paid for the Platinum service, which cost $35.99 plus tax and tip, expecting a thorough cleaning. Unfortunately, the results were disappointing. The exterior still had visible dirt, especially around the lower panels and rear bumper. For the price, we expected much better attention to detail. Staff was polite, but the quality of the wash didn’t match the premium we paid. There was a noticeable stain on the front bumper, and soap residue left on the side panel window. After they finished cleaning the back, we even had to ask one of the staff to go back and clean the front bumper, which should have been part of the original service.

Wis I could give this place a negative 5 star review…… my first thought when I pulled into the lot was seeing one car on line - on a Saturday afternoon a week after a snow storm this place should have had a line out to the main road……. My car comes out with snow still on the bottom!!!! How!?!?!?!? How is the snow still on my car!?!??? $35 for that!??? I could have had my dogs lick the snow off for free and it would have looked better. The inside was dusty…..not one person has sat in my back seat since I got the car 4 months ago and I wipe it down myself - yet after leaving this dump of a car wash I put Y hand on the seat and it was black BLACK like it got dirtier AFTER the car wash!!! I live down the road and will NEVER EVER EVER. Go. Back to this dump - I drive out of my way yo South Oran

Horrible job. Paid for the Platinum service and asked for a good interior cleaning due to salt from the snow. Interior was barely wiped down and hardly vacuumed. Very expensive for the level of service provided — I ended up cleaning it myself at home. Definitely not worth the price.

The absolute worst car wash I’ve ever gotten. Paid over $25 and got zero interior cleaning. Not even a wipe down of the dashboard. Even the exterior cleaning was sloppy. Avoid at all costs.

NEVER AGAIN They charged me 30$ for a wash with interior cleaning and this is what i got.... i believe they are depending on one time customers until they go out of bussiness
