I have never experienced such unprofessional and unacceptable service. My vehicle has been at this service center for over two weeks. During that time, I was repeatedly told that the repair would be completed “tomorrow” or “by Friday.” Last week, I was explicitly told it would be ready by Friday and that I should call if it was not. No one contacted me. When I went in person, the vehicle was still not ready, and the assigned representative was not available. There has been no proactive communication. Every update required me to call or physically show up. Each time, I was given the same vague answer: “It will be ready tomorrow.” My husband and I are both professors with two children. Please do not go here. I'll be brief, but you need to understand that taking your vehicle here for anything will end in disaster. On 10/4 I brought my vehicle in for a warranty repair (exhaust leak). I used to be a tech at a Chevy dealership and know warranty repairs suck so I asked for a refrigerant exchange and new tires as well. Overcharged $170 for the refrigerant exchange and several hundred for the new tires (they also said they honored the coupons but per the invoice, they did not). They brought the vehicle out, wrong tires were put on, but we got that sorted out. On 11/16 I brought it back for the exhaust repair, passenger side manifold. Have 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited - brought in for electrical issues. When driving all the lights and radio would shut off. Service couldn't find anything no codes came up. So I got it back. Very puzzling. Thank you Ricky for helping me out. Pray it doesn't do it again.
