Premier Coach Auto Collision

Had a great experience with George, they got me my car back working in great condition and relatively quicker than expected. Communication was staggered at first but after talking with George they did a 180. Would highly recommend this facility and use them again.

I spent $23k on repairs for my Range Rover in June/July 2024 with Premier Coach and upon receiving it back after about 2 months in their shop, the paint on the affected areas was falling off in 6 different locations. The top panel that they repainted was also noticeably thin. There were also errors on the gaskets for water sealing, additionally multiple areas where gaps in the body work was noticeable. They did offer to bring it back in and touch up the places where the paint was chipping but this would've been obviously noticeable as well. I felt the work was very sub par and would not return, nor would I recommend this shop to anyone else.

I used to take my cars here for fixing damage and installing new parts. Every time I went in for service, quality became worse and time it took to do it became longer. The woman I usually dealt with quit the last time I came in. For that time, my car was in for months and when they claimed it was ready to picked up, they didn't know how to install simple parts and my car went into limp mode about 2 blocks from the shop. I'll never go there again.

Premier coach was fantastic in their service and their workmanship. I would highly recommend to anyone who’s looking for a first class repair shop and the outstanding customer service you get.

My car was hit and in a parking lot and and they left the scene. So after talking to my insurance co. I called Premier. They ordered all the parts in advanced so that when I brought the car in it would speed things up.
