Running Amazon packages I had a leak in a tire. Stopped at another tire stop across the street. They said had to wait. Went to Premier car care and they stopped what they were doing to fix our tire. Tech name was House. We finished our route on time. Thank You Premier Car Care.

The old guy at the front desk should really retire, he has zero manners to deal with customers. I asked the mechanics for something very specific on my car, and it seems they did the opposite — they left it worse. I wasted my time, they didn’t fix anything. Go somewhere else, they don’t know how to work or treat people here.

Each time I have brought my car in, they’ve been quick to diagnose and repair what I needed. They are fantastic with communication, speed and service. Brent is great to work with! He’s always been kind and patient enough to answer any questions I have had, explaining when needed. He’s friendly and honest. He’ll tell you what you need straightforward. First time I came in, I needed my car ready for a trip. I asked him what he would recommend having done. He put together a list after taking a look and talked me through it. We have been using Premier for almost two years now and feel we have been treated fairly. Recently we were shopping for a used car and brought one over to them to take a look at it. Brent explained to us what he would do in the situation and what he would negotiate with the dealer before buying. We didn't end up buying that specific car because of the insights Brent gave us and overall he helped us feel like a more confident buyer. Very grateful they are located so close to us!

My family has been using Brent as our only mechanic for over 20 years!!!! Will not use anyone else. Honest quality work and competitive prices. Gets busy because of struggles lately of hiring qualified help, but it's worth it because he ensures quality work including having to recently let go of new staff because they didn't meet the high standards needed. So grateful that Brent always puts customers first including telling you the truth on vehicle problems even if you don't want to hear it.
