My vehicle has now been in your possession for 46 days. During this time, I have not been provided a loaner vehicle or any transportation assistance, forcing me to rent cars and rely on others for rides at my own expense. This situation has caused significant financial and personal hardship. I continue to receive conflicting updates about the diagnosis, with no clear resolution. They were helpful and professional. I wish the timeframe for financing repairs that's the same as cash was more like 6 months rather than 3 but the fact you can at all is helpful. The person who helped me explained a warranty better than those who sold it to me. I wish they had seats under the big oak tree but again, I'm glad they had outside seating at all.

Auto commission and better business bureau is involved now. Gave them a chance to make it right

Bought my car here and am usually satisfied with the service. I took it in today for routine service, specifically oil change and tire rotation. While there, I asked for them to check my back right tire for a puncture, as it had been losing air the past couple weeks and had to be refilled every couple days. Just got my car back, and I can tell that they didn't do rotate the tires or patch the back right tire, because the back right tire had lost 5 psi while it was there, while the rest were all normal.
