Jesse is a hero and I’d give him 10 stars if I could. We scraped the bottom of our car on a large rock and punctured our oil pan and sensor. The car was not drivable and had leaked oil all over the driveway of our Airbnb. Truly a nightmare! Jesse immediately drove out to us to look at the car, identified the problem, and began searching for replacement parts. The parts were unavailable in the area, so Jesse ordered them, and even tried to weld the oil pan back together himself for us to drive home. Realizing that wasn’t a viable option, Jesse offered to fix our car and drive it back to LA once repaired! He even CLEANED THE OIL SPILL IN THE AIRBNB DRIVEWAY. While traveling we had our trailer freeze up, called multiple mobile mechanics, Jess was the only one who followed up and was eager to help us. He was able to do a temporary fix right there and then and followed up all weekend long trying to find part needed. He went out of his way to help us and we want to assure others he is very knowledgeable and persistent to make things right. We highly recommend him for any and all auto repairs and maintenance. Jesse came out to me on Easter Sunday, quickly diagnosed the issue (bad ignition coils and spark plugs), fixed it at a reasonable price, and got me back on the road. I cannot thank him enough!
