What more can I say about the service at premiere Subaru Middlebury! Walk in 10 minutes to close. Say hey guys. Can you wash my car then when you're done park it up at your EV charging station and leave it there overnight and charge it for me? Oh and keep the keys. Can you do that?? The manager at the service department goes above and beyond to Make the Subaru family promise a reality. Really strong commitment in this new location. Go check them out!!

I have been a customer of Premier Subaru since I purchased my Outback from them in 2020. Since then, I have had my vehicle serviced by their service dept. I have always found all of Premier's employees to be friendly, courteous and professional. It is a pleasure dealing with them.

I took my car in yesterday to get my automatic starter installed and had a phenomenal experience from the moment I dropped off my car to the moment I was driving away with it. They shuttled me home while my car was being worked on and picked me up when my car was ready (an hour early). The service from every staff member was amazing (apologies if I get your name wrong: Efron, Shannan, Doug, and Dom). It was lovely working with these individuals and they made the whole process so seamless. I will definitely be coming back here for future service needs on my Subaru.
