BEST towing experience EVER, called on a Saturday afternoon and only had to go 7 miles tops, driver (Tracy) arrived within 30 minutes. Understand not all towing will arrive in that short of time but Premier Towing's equipment is top notch and driver is well knowledgeable to recover, tow vehicle with minimal or no damage to your vehicle, will have their phone number on my phone going forward. Thankful for this company and very much thankful for Nick! Our car had died at the busiest intersection in Tontitown after the alternator completely died after getting it diagnosed at O'Reilly's. On top of that we were dead in the turning lane. After several attempts of trying to jump it hoping it would start, it wouldn't. In a panic with my wife parked behind me with her emergency lights on, I had called Premier Towing and the dispatcher was quick and on it! Nick came in, got the car towed and secured with ease. He was very kind and calm, heck he even placed the car perfectly into the garage so that I can replace the alternator in comfort.
