⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Premier Truck Group in Oklahoma City absolutely came through for me today. Huge shoutout to my parts specialist, Eric Tucker — he worked with me off and on all day to track down the exact part I needed and stayed with it all the way through so I could get everything completed and pick the part up today. Eric was a tremendous help, super patient, and incredibly thorough — even while juggling constant phone calls and what looked like a skeleton crew on a Saturday. That kind of service is rare, and it made a stressful situation way easier. If you need parts support, ask for Eric Tucker. He’s the real deal.

I am extremely disappointed in the service and, more importantly, the lack of accountability at this location. I will not be returning. I brought my truck in for an exhaust system issue and was told I needed to go to an authorized Freightliner dealer for proper diagnostics. After previously visiting a shop that did not have the correct software, Premier diagnosed the issue and provided an estimate over $2,000, with the actual part listed at around $50 and the remainder being labor. I was informed the repair could not be completed that day and that I would need to return the following morning. Because my truck is my livelihood, I asked if a technician could show me the exact sensor that needed to be replaced so I could attempt to have it repaired elsewhere. A technician walked to my truck

Eric Tucker at the parts desk is an amazing person who found an EGR valve for me and got me the best price on a Saturday afternoon when my EGR failed. Can’t say enough about this gentleman and his professionalism and customer service provided. God Bless you Eric and thank you Premier Truck Group for having these parts available
