I am a driver for Andrus Transportation in St. George, UT and I just wanted to take a moment to say a special “Thank You” to the Mobile Mechanic, David R., that comes out and works on our trucks over here. Let me tell you, this man knows his stuff! He is very quick, efficient and pays very close attention to detail. He has caught things that I hadn’t noticed, yet, which protects my CDL and our company’s CSA score. This is so imperative on so many levels and is appreciated more than I can say. This industry needs many more mechanics, like this! Again, I am very grateful for how hard David works to keep our trucks on the road…he has saved my tail, more times than I can count! Ricky Mesa – hands down one of the best service advisors I’ve ever worked with anywhere in the country. I’ve been to this location plenty of times, and every single visit.. Ricky remembers my name, my number, and treats me like a person—not just another customer. That kind of customer service is hard to find these days especially in the trucking world, and it really means a lot. My truck isn’t exactly the easiest to work on (Western Star with an extended cab), but this team has done it all—replaced my turbo, transmission, clutch, and even my clutch/ clutch actuator twice. Shotwell has been my technician every single time, and I can’t thank him enough. Hannah at the front desk is a total sweetheart—always kind, patient. Big shout-out to Ricky for always going above and beyond for me. H

They are good they get the work done not fast and not slow i think they take the perfect time They friendly and helpful specially my friend Ricky I had an oversized load and they have a lot of room for whatever you got to disconnect your trailer

Your mobile mechanic DAVID, Did a magnificent job working on my truck today. He found a leak that others had missed. Fixed it and got me back on the road fast. Truck is now running more smoothly. He deserve a raise for his professionalism.
