I bought a Groupon for an int/ext detailing. He came Saturday. Carpets were clean before they showed up. Inside the green shop vac is what I removed from the second row seat clips alone. He used dirty water to clean my car. Second picture was my front passenger seat later that day. Next three pictures are where I used resolve and extracted from the second row. I let the owner know and his response was “ oh geesh”. He did not drop what he was doing to fix the problem he made. I attached texts below.knowing that he was unresponsive, I bought a steam cleaner $250.00 to minimize damages and extracted the first bucket on the countertop from the drivers side second row. He showed up on time (important) but his work is by far the best for the price. He uses the best ceramic wax and takes his time. You will NOT be disappointed!
