One star rating is not enough if I could put a zero I would as a business owner. I would never schedule an appointment with somebody and when the customer is running a little late, tell them you’re leaving and not gonna perform their job. as a business owner, the majority of the time the customer is always right, and they’re there to serve and take care of them in a professional manner which this guy has blatantly forgot
