I used the automatic washing system. Paid $16 for the service. Vehicle got clean, however, when pulling into the stall I heard a loud noise near the back of my vehicle. Long story short, a bolt punctured my tire and left a pinky finger sized hole. The tire could not be fixed. The men at the Tire shop mentioned this was now the 3rd tire that had this type of hole in it after going through that car wash. I have called multiple times to report this, but there is no answering machine and no one ever picks up the phone. Trying to help others avoid this issue.

Bought the $16 package, door didn't even open. Tried to call, no answer. Emailed, no response.

Paid for a $16 deluxe, but only got a rinse and a dry.

Didn’t get the wash I paid for this am & also got stuck and had to have my husband come open the garage door. Thankfully he was next door at dale howard at the time.

Went here for a car wash last week...put a $20 bill in the machine and it never gave me my change. The car wash I chose was $10...also the dryer never came on to dry the car upon exiting either. Called the number listed and a recording said this number no longer exists ! So then sent an email and still haven’t heard from them. Beware!!! Don’t waste your money on this dump !
