Premium and Luxury Motor Cars

Business owner Alfonso is the definition of taking advantage of customers. I trusted him with paint and interior of a super nice Chevy c10 that he literally burned to the ground. Almost 15k out of pocket for the job and the truck just so happened to catch fire out of no where which he proceeded to tell me THREE weeks after it happened. He also said it was entirely on me and my insurance to cover for costs when the vehicle is in his care and on his premises. Couldn’t provide any footage of the fire whatsoever. Just had to believe what he was telling me. Keep in mind he’s had the truck for almost two years and the work done to it doesn’t compare to the time. A 20-25k truck down the drain.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! My friend was scammed out of 1,200 dollars. If I could give zero stars I would. He dropped his vehicle off to get fixed, paid 1,200 up front for parts and received NOTHING. The vehicle sat at this place with no work done to it for MONTHS and no parts to be found. He asked for a refund for the “service and parts” and got ghosted. Cannot believe this place is still in business.

Help from someone in the shop would be much appreciated…. beware and notice that there is no entity to contact besides Alfonso. At first I was pleased w several results w different autos…I have had no luck in getting a response in months on one of my older cars. Know he had health issues a while ago so I am sensitive…do not want to involve police yet will pursue.

SCAM!! This company said they were ordering my parts and wanted me to pay for them up front, $1200 worth of parts. I waited two months and when I went back to the shop my vehicle hadn't even been touched and the owner Al Flores said that he could not find my parts. There was no refund granted and no parts to show for it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Best service ever! My car looks like new like nothing happened. Mr. Alfonso great service and attention!
