I am very impressed by how quickly I got my car back. They went above and beyond to ensure that my car looked good as new. I found Procolor Ontario through my State Farm app and they were great to work with. This is my second collision in the past 5 years and I didn’t have the same experience as I did in this shop. When I arrived, I was walked through the entire process, signed some paperwork and was picked up by Enterprise within 10 minutes. The estimators called me daily to follow up on repairs and sent in process photos. What came as a shock to me was how quickly they prioritized my repairs, the car was out in 4 days instead of the 10 days stated on their paperwork. I would really like to highlight their professionalism and thank them for answering my million questions with such patience. 5/5 experience and I would gladly recommend this shop to anyone looking to find a repair shop.

Cris and his team are amazing. They got my car fixed in half the expected time that I originally thought it was going to take. They also kept me informed and updated about the car very often which helps to build a good relationship between the customer and the workers. I will be coming to this shop for all my future endeavors and hope that you all will do the same!
