ordered suspension parts for my 2014 Jeep which appeared on their web site to be in stock. Placed order on Feb 28th - paid in full. Here we are on the 5th of March and still no parts. Car isn't drivable - yet these guys position themselves as fast, high quality auto parts with quality ( supposedly) that meets or exceeds OEM quality. Thus far they have done a great job at taking my money but delivered nothing. It is worth noting that they didn't have all the parts in stock yet couldn't give me a firm delivery date. I'll never order from them again. Rock Auto doesn't treat customers like this. That's who I'd order from if I had to to do it again.
The customer service is absolutely the best in the entire automotive parts industry.
best place for a tale gate seal would highly recommend to anyone looking for quality parts.
