They were fantastic. I was passing though when my alternator went out. They fixed in a timely manner and the price was very reasonable. They were understanding and worked with me as far as picking it up as I live a few hours away. Would use again, and would use exclusively, if I lived closer.

I wanted to thank CJ from Prescott’s for picking us up on I30 about 10 miles south of Arkadelphia and getting us to safety. We hit some road debris and had 2 flat tires on the side of the road. We reached out to AAA and Prescotts came out. CJ the driver showed up helped us get to the hotel in Arkadelphia. Thanks again AAA, Prescott’s and CJ.

I needed my motorcycle picked up along I 30 on a holiday weekend. Tommy, from Prescott automotive responded when my insurance company reached out and he was excellent. He knew how to load and strap the bike without damaging it and was an enjoyable conversation on the ride into Texarkana, I definitely recommend
