BEWARE! OVERPRICED AND DISHONEST SERVICE. I brought my 2014 VW Jetta to Prestige Auto Tech for what I thought was a timing chain issue. I chose this shop because of their positive reviews, ignoring a few warnings about overcharging. Unfortunately, those negative reviews turned out to be true as I later found out. At first, Adolfo, the service advisor, seemed honest. I really believed he cared and was trying to help me. But after a few more conversations, especially over the phone, I realized he was simply repeating what he was told. They did not care I was a student and that I was in a tight budget even thought I let them know from the very beginning. None of that matter to them. They also kept pushing their financing options which I think are good but shouldn't be use as a tool to over

Their customer service is top notch. Super helpful they don’t do any work or add to your bill with out your consent. Adolf was amazing gave me every information on my car I have an old model bmw 5 series wagon and they were able to perfectly work on older models. A tow truck came to pick up my car from my home with no charge and as soon as it got to the shop wasted no time in inspecting and working on my car. Any questions or concerns I had was answered perfectly by Adolf, I’m super happy my old gem is able to be back on the road.

Prestige Auto Tech in Kendall is a great shop. Adolfo is an honest and solid guy who clearly cares about his customers. They were responsive, respectful, and the pricing was very reasonable. It’s not easy finding a mechanic you can trust these days, but Prestige earned mine. Thanks for taking great care of my 16-year-old Bimmer!

Better then your dealership! They kept me fully updated throughout the entire process (replacing shocks, struts and stabilizers). The team is extremely knowledgeable and provides expert care at great prices. The welcome gift for new customers is definitely a nice touch. Prestige Auto Tech is definitely my new go-to repair shop!
