Gil is the epitome of superior customer service. From the early morning frantic call to Gil giving me the quickest way there due to traffic. My car was diagnosed with a coolant leak. Gil was so professional and explained things in layman terms. He advised the technicians were all certified and detailed the experience and workmanship at Prestige Auto Tec. He summoned an Uber both leaving and returning. My car was ready within the timeframe and returned impeccably clean.

I went in to get my rear brakes done on my Alfa Romeo stove truck. The staff was very efficient, accommodating, and also was excellent when it came to providing superior customer service! John and his staff are remarkable when it comes to providing white glove customer service and I truly appreciate the experience. And it’s amazing to be able to work with people that you can trust when it comes to your vehicle! John was very thorough with advisement and also took very good care of me!

I took my car to this workshop when no other mechanic could diagnose it. They took a couple of weeks to fix it, but I was offered a loner while they worked on it. When it was finally ready my car was working better than ever. I was also happy about the professionalism and the good nature of everybody I dealt with in the shop. I recommend it without a doubt!
