I am writing this review to inform both new and returning customers of Prestige Automotive Center about a terrible experience I had with them: On 2/4/2026, I took my 2000 C5 Corvette to Prestige Automotive Center to have my alternator repaired because it was not charging my vehicle’s battery. I left my vehicle there to get this issue fixed; my car had a half tank of gas. Two days later, I received a call from Prestige informing me that my alternator needed to be replaced to solve the problem. Four days later, I called to check on my vehicle, and I was told that even after replacing the alternator, my car still had the same issue. Zero stars not recommended. This man Carlos just steals from his clients. My vehicle was in this shop , I paid over $700 for four tires and an alignment and n my Acura MDX , the left back tire was given to me with a huge bolt on it. I brought it here on a Tuesday and picked it up Tuesday night only to have it parked for three days and when I turned it on my vehicle tire pressure was low. I brought it back immediately, also had to bring it back three more times . The receptionist accused me of having run over a screw without knowing. When I initially called they said they would handle it and so I thought they would replace it since it was their fault for running over a bolt. No they patched it up and sent me on my way , I was filling up my tire every three weeks! You have to be Colombian to

I meant to write this a long time ago. Prestige auto are the type of mechanic business that reminds me of when I was growing up, watching my parents and grandparents take their cars to their mechanic to get fixed. RELATIONSHIP is everything. Prestige is not driven by greed and $$. They lead with service!! I brought my car one day to get the brakes checked out. Turns out that there was nothing wrong with them. Karen and the crew reported that all was well. Let me just say that they took very good care of me. It's very difficult to build trust in this city with some of the businesses in the area. Love this place. Nicest people, took great care of my car, quickly didn't expect it done in a day, fixed AC and windows AWESOME!!!!!

I’m very impressed with the great service and professionalism at this shop. I had a water pump on a 3.5 Ford Explorer that needed replacing. The local Ford dealer tried to rip me off, other shops would not even quote the job because it was too complicated. Prestige did the work perfectly and at a fair price. This is the place to get that internal water pump replaced. It’s very nice to find a great, honest shop again.
