Went to two other mechanics who almost destroyed my engine but finally came to the right place. Matt was great and diagnosed the problems immediately that the other mechanics missed. 160k n55 335i and thanks to these guys it should be going strong for a good while now. 100% recommend!

Great crew, honest and fair. Brought my van in after an idiot connected jumper cables reversed and lit up the dash like a Christmas tree. Brought it to prestige and talked with Matt, agreed to have them do a diagnosis. He called me every step of the way with updates and made me feel very comfortable my van was in capable hands. Well, the diagnosis was bad, bad enough where they honestly told me we could do the repairs they think will fix it...but arent 100% sure it will. That level of honesty pays for itself. Being that the van is old and not worth a lot, I couldn't see myself sinking too much in to it keep it running. I thanked Matt and the crew, paid for the diagnostics and took the van home. I was a complete mess because I just came from the dealership and it was going to be very expensive to fix my car so I called and spoke to Jordan and he was so nice. He calmed me down and had me come in as soon as I got there, he took care of me and was so honest with me and showed me what the problems were with my car I would recommend them to anyone and will be visiting again. Definitely my new favorite place to get my car fixed.

Service was fast, friendly and done well. Price was reasonable. The referral to a 3rd party service worked well also. At this point I am quite pleased and will take my vehicles there. I'll also recommend this service to my friends and family.
