Predatory employees pressure you hard to sign up for monthly plans, the equipment is not well maintained contrary to what many people say here, and frankly an installation of this size, should supply piping hot water for do it yourself cleaning in the winter. This car wash is also part of the new trend where they put a sign out front saying that they don't remove snow or ice from your car so don't expect it (automatic). This New England not Florida. They just let their do it yourself spray booths go in the winter too, completely iced over and dysfunctional. This place is maybe only worth the money or time in the summer, but generally lackluster and more showmanship than actual performance.
