Prestige Car Wash

Horrible detail work. Do not waste your $35 for the whole nine yards and then some. I literally had to ask e different guys to go back and clean my seats and doors.. they also used a dirty towel that streaked so they had to redo everything again. I actually ended up driving back to speak with the manager and he re-vacuumed and I took a towel to wipe my car down. 😒🙄

I got the most expensive one and added $20 for additional cleaning inside etc. Not worth $52 at all. I don't see a shine on my tires. Windows are streaky. I had to go over place missed on the dash when I got home and wipe down the control screen. Did I pay for an actual detail? No. I would expect a little better care be taken for $52 when it took *maybe* 10 minutes total.

They did a great job cleaning my car, at a moderately reasonable price. It is especially nice to have clean floor mats again.

Bought the highest end full-service package. Ended up having to come back due to missed spots on the window cleaning. More streaks on the glass than when I came in. The plastic interior treatments left the surfaces sticky and intermittently glossy. The touchscreen now shows fingerprints where it did not before. Good work otherwise on the interior!

Prestige car wash on Shelbyville Road may not have the glitzy look of the newer car washes in town, but it is absolutely the best. For around $30 you can get a thorough exterior and interior cleaning, hand drying and tire shine. All windows are cleaned both inside and outside, interior surfaces wiped down, thorough vacuuming of all areas, including with the front mats pulled out and washed. For a few dollars more, you can get the rear mats pulled out as well. Service is friendly and courteous. They have done my truck with all sorts of barn debris and dog hair without batting an eye. I have been a loyal customer there for over 30 years and would not even consider going anywhere else!
