Prestige Car Wash

Think about this. You enter towards prestige car wash entrance after waiting in traffic of busy Middlesex ave. You enter and wait in 10 minutes car line. They have implemented kisok for entering the washing tunnel. Then there is a non-member ahead of you in the kiosk whose processing takes 5 minutes. Then you enter into cleaning tunnel and your car gets stuck 4 times from the time enter to the time you get out (half wet). This happens very frequently lately. Prestige, instead of process improvement and decreasing membership fee or refund, increases the fee from 20$ to 25$ per month. Folks should take off that dumb yellow stickers from windshield and hopefully press city to take action against this. Im thinking to switch to a different car wash soon.

Hello friends. During this snowfall, I washed my car twice at this damn, crappy Prestige car wash. And they scratched my car in five different places during the automatic wash. And the guys aren't even dealing with my problem. Just wait, I'm going to sue you.

I signed up there because it was conveniently on my route. They recently increased the fee to 25 monthly. I go several times a month in the winter so it's worth it. I must say their dry mechanism leaves lots to be desired. My car comes out soaking wet and if I do not towel dry it right away it's got awful drip marks. I do like the free vacuum option. Edit March 9 .... Went in am assembly line washes - God knows life getting undercarriage....car came out with full on soap all over the place . Mirror and everything else swirl lines even after towel drying.. reconsidering!

Be careful for this car wash company. I signed up for $32 a month package for unlimited washes and undercarriage. The only reason why I bought the package is to do the undercarriage to remove the salt from my vehicle. Every time I go through the car wash for the past three times the undercarriage light doesn’t come on and doesn’t clean my car undercarriage. This place is just another scam where they bait and switch. You pay for one thing and they give you less.

Worst car wash in the area. The only reason these guys run is because there is nothing else around. Any normal day a regular wash time is 30min and the wash doesn’t even get the back of my car. Horrible, there’s more people than the capacity these guys can handle. And the staff is rude as I raised a complaint they said I should talk to their boss. Then why are these people hired? Currently in the line for over 30min
