Prestige Car Wash

I love the free vacuums and folks that work there are awesome they have an attitude that they want to be there and help people. They def have respectful upsell behavior they try to get you to get membership but once you say no thank you they don’t try to badger you and try to offer you things they can’t or don’t provide on a regular basis. They stand out side in this cold weather to accommodate our needs. I’m a satisfied customer and if I didn’t have srcrub a dub membership I def would of signed up

Question I took my car to the new one in Quincy for a car wash my car was not clean when it came through the wash and I usually go to the hand car wash in dorchester but I said I didn’t feel like the drive and they tried to get me to get the monthly wash plan why would I do that if my car wasn’t clean when it came through the wash it still had all the snow residue on the windows and on the bottom of the car doors unbelievable first impression is the best impression and this is a brand new car wash so tell me “HOW DO A PERSON GET A CLEAN CAR WASH”do you typically have to go through the wash 2 times let me know for a next time thank you!!!

After telling an employee I did not want their wash membership they continued to press me into it, my own fault for not standing my ground. But when I immediately reported the damage it did to my vehicle I followed the employees step by step instructions and got nowhere, then when I returned to inquire about the damage again I followed the other employees step by step instructions and got nowhere. Then after finally putting in enough research I found out they have official incident reports but by the time I got that far it was out of their 2 day incident report window so they assume absolutely no liability and will not even give me guidance on how to fix the damage they did to my vehicle.

Awesome experience always! The attendant was very respectful and professional. I have been with Prestige for years now and the services get batter each time! Meepp it up! 👍 👍 👍

Got a basic wash, wheels looked as though that had not been touched... Also lots of residue left on back and sides of vehicle. I think the pace in which the vehicle went thru car wash was a little too fast for the cleaners to actually catch up....
