I initially took my car to Crash Champions Collision Repair in El Segundo. Their communication was terrible, I left multiple voicemails that were never returned, and when I did get someone on the phone, they said my agent was unavailable and promised a callback that never came. When I finally got my car back, it still had the same zip ties I’d used to hold the damaged parts in place. A month later, another accident revealed just how poor their repair work really was.
