I've had my car repaired here twice already. John, Matt and Camila are all fantastic. They kept me informed the entire time throughout the repair process and their repair times are very quick as well. They also cleaned my car for me after the repairs. Would highly recommend them! 5/5 service!

I had an accident with my Tesla. When I decided on a repair shop I came across Prestige Collision since they were one of the few places certified for Tesla repairs. They picked up my car, and took care of everything. The customer service was outstanding. When I went to pick up my car after all repairs were finalized they had my tesla washed, vacuumed, and even charged ready for me to go. Thank you Kosta and all the staff that made this repair happen, for your professionalism, and just for the kindness you guys radiate. No one gave me attitude or made excuses, updates were clear including the expected timeline for repairs. Keep up the good work guys dont ever change!

Unfortunately, I was rear ended by a driver who wasn’t paying attention. This was my very first accident and I was worried about finding a good body shop. I've read countless stories about body shops doing inadequate repairs and not matching paint correctly. This is my first car so the thought of going through that was nerve-wracking. I dropped my car off on 2/18 and the employees who assisted me with the intake process were very professional and polite. They called me and gave me an estimated time completion date and to my surprise they were right on time! 2 weeks later I picked up my car and it looked as good as new. They even cleaned it, inside and out. I'm not sure what they used but it still smells amazing and it's been a week after getting my car back. I will be returning to this loc
