Honestly! This has been the most amazing stress free experience on buying my first new vehicle here at Prestige Motor Cars. The whole process of getting a car here was straightforward and calm. The workers there were also really sweet and offered me and my family drinks and snacks, great customer service. Nonetheless, they were very generous and polite. I most definitely recommend on getting your first vehicle here at Prestige Motor Cars!!!!

I was in the market for a vehicle for my sister, was all around Houston till I found this spot. It was going to be our last spot. They had 3 different vehicles I was interested in. When arrived we were presented with great welcomes and my mother was offered a cup of coffee, which she enjoyed lol. They let us test drive all 3 vehicles and fell In with one of them. I asked all the questions I wanted. Zain the person who helped us out was very straight forward and nice. We hadn’t ate all day and was offered snacks to help with the empty stomach. I was moving to LasVegas, saw a car I wanted to purchase. Was approved by the bank. I gave them $2000 deposit and was getting to Vegas in 10 days to pick it up. Surprise! I noticed the bank returned my $2000?! Well they sold it out from under me before I could get there. No call. No request for anything else, just screwed me over. I would not trust this dealership to provide honest service.

I'd like to first start by saying I don't usually buy cars from a dealership due to the bad reputation they have, but Prestige happened to have the exact truck I was looking for. I drove 12 hrs on Zains word that he would hold it for me even though he was getting swamped with messages about the truck. When I got there I was happy to see the truck was exactly as he said it was! Zain was honest and friendly, not like a typical car salesman. I will defiantly consider Prestige for future purchases!

I just bough a car and I love it. It's the car I've been looking for and the price is very affordable. The service is very enthusiastic and the owner answered my question very willingly and also help me with things to help me keep my car last longer. I'll introduce my friends to this place if they looking for a car.
