I just bought a 2023 Toyota Tacoma from Preston in October. I worked with Alexis and she was able to help me out due to a dealership near by was jerking me around. We explained the situation to Alexis and she was able to get everything transferred to Preston auto! I am from Buffalo,NY and the car dealership worked with me all the way to make sure prices, DMV paperwork and taxes were all done correctly. I bought a new 2018 Tacoma TRD off road from Matt Sellers, I’ve never left a dealership and had something nice to say about a car salesman but honestly he is awesome! I was so guarded at first because most salesmen give you PTSD but what a breath of fresh air. We were signing the papers in 1 HOUR and he gave me the deal I wanted. The Boardman Toyota location is giving me the run around on warranty replacement. This is very unsatisfactory and again disappointing on how the Preston Auto Group is operated. It would be nice if someone took ownership and communicated honestly and was transparent. I would like Colin in the service department to have more urgency and get things done as promised.

My wife and I came in to look at vehicles. Our salesman was Justin. I’ve bought several vehicles in my lifetime however this was the first time ever having an experience with Preston. Absolutely no pressure whatsoever and Justin didn’t mind the time it took to complete the sale and never once showed any signs of frustration since we were uncertain which vehicle we wanted. He took the time out to show us both new and preowned vehicles. By the time we were finishing up everything it was long after closing time but he still had a positive attitude throughout everything. Justin is definitely a true asset to this dealership and we ended up getting into exactly the vehicle we wanted. Highly recommend going here for purchasing a vehicle and outstanding sales staff.
