The first mechanic shop I have been to that actually stuck to the appointment time on the dot. Inspection was quick and easy, and any parts that needed to be replaced were done very quick. Whole proccess took about an hour which is the least amount of time I have spent in any inspection place. The front worker Mike was very personable from the moment I drove to the place and explained everything in detail about the service. Steve gave very good reccomendations on car maintenance and what to fix next on my vehicle. This will be the only mechanic shop I use from now on for inspections and other repairs.

A very pleasant experience. Person we delt with very personable, explained problems with my car,so I knew what work was needed. Car was done in 1 day, which I was not used to.I have already recommended them to several people. Very nice operation,very nice people,very clean neat shop.

I dropped off my truck for a thermostat swap and was told truck is ready. They had my truck for almost 4 days for this work not sure why it took so long. They tried to slip extra water pump charge but I noticed and owner Dave Preston removed the extra charge only after I noticed. I was charged a little over $1800 for a thermostat, serpentine belt, and water pump gasket plus labor. A little highg but I paid. The moment I started my truck I noticed a high shake and vibration. I drove it in the lot and check engine light lit up. I was highly upset and couldn't believe that was happening. I walked back in Dave came out and said leave it here we will look into it etc. It took them another full day to tell me it has an internal engine problem which I never had before bringing to this shop. First time I was at PRESTON'S, seemed to be well ran business. I got my car inspected, I left it there and they called me an hour or so later, it was done. They also did a complimentary check of all fluids, I had a coupon😊. I will recommend them to everyone. Thank you PRESTON'S.
