I will like to express sincere gratitude for the service on my vehicle today. Justin at Nissan service department was outstanding. The work was completed expertly and in a timely manner. The willingness to go the extra mile to make sure the job was done correctly is greatly appreciated. The effort did not go unnoticed. I will definitely be revisiting this shop for future service. Folks in the Service Department are very kind and helpful. Was working in the area and needed a WiFi connection to upload a couple reports. They happily obliged and allowed me to sit in the A/C in the lobby. Thank you!

This could have easily been a 3 star review, but Alison went so far out of her way to make a stressful situation end on a positive note. I won't go into great detail, but there have been back-to-back over bookings stemming from Mazda's remodel and all of their service being funnelled through Nissan's service department. I was visibly annoyed, but Alison, unprovokingly went above and beyond to make the best out of this difficult situation with everything she could possibly do in this situation. She surely didn't have to go as far as she did, but I commend her for actually being customer focused.
