A GIANT THANK YOU TO JOSH in Service! While traveling I experienced hot transmission on a used vehicle I've purchased. After 2 days of being stuck in East carbon and sleeping in strangers driveway in my car I finally decided to brave it and make the half hour drive to Price with spotty cellular service and little daylight. I was able to get a hold of Josh at 5 minutes to 5:00 p.m. and although he was scheduled to be going home he took the call and listened, was actively engaged in addressing my issue, reassuring me and guiding me into the store.
