Price Ford of Simi Valley

I brought my 2008 Explorer in for the works on Monday at around 9:30 AM.I was greeted by the service writers. As usual they were quick to sign me in. It was ready by 2:30. Who could ask for more. I have all my Exploder service done at Price. It's great having a great Ford dealer right around the block from home. That's important to me.

I made an 11am appointment to take in my 1999 Ford Econoline camper van for transmission service and while there, I was convinced to do a differential service as well. Since I was going on a trip, I said what the heck do both and an oil change as well. While waiting for the lady writing up the order, I asked her if they'd replace the trans' filter. She said no bc that is a much complex job. It sounded weird to me that they'd just drop the old fluid and replace it, but I only had this vehicle for 3 years and had no history from the previous owner, so I suspect it had never been done after 62k miles.
